We reserve the right to refuse any contestant to further participate in this contest if we find him/her violating any terms or conditions at any point of time during this contest.

All the registration will only be accepted by the online medium through our website & can only be confirmed on the successful payment of registration fees.

All of the contestant's personal information will be processed as per our Privacy Policy.

There is an age limit of 15+ to participate in this contest & if any discrepancy or misrepresentation find related to contestant details or content submission then, in that case, we reserve the right to refuse to participate in this contest.

The registration does not guarantee the selection or participation of the Participant in the audition round. Selection criteria at different rounds of the contest are decided by the management & our internal review team, All the contestant has to agree to there final decisions on their selection process. If any contestant finds misleading the people, spreading rumors or the information which is not correct related to this contest over social media platforms or by any other medium we reserve the right refuse to participate further in this contest & take legal actions against such contestants. Management is not liable to disclose any type of internal information related to judgments taken during the contest to any third parties.

We will not bear any type of traveling, accommodation & food expenses for the contestant during this contest.

All the refunds or cancellations will be executed as per our Refund Policy.

TDS as per statutory provision under Income Tax Act, 1961 on the Cash Prize of Rs. 50,000/- for the winner will be deducted at the time of payment.

 

All Intellectual Property Rights in the Official Music Video of the winner will be sustained by Pehchan Music through proper further agreements.

 

We reserve the right to postponed any rounds of this contest at sole discretion at any point of time & we are not responsible for any losses or damages to the contestants arising due to the same.
